after referred to as "the Sites"), a user must first complete registration formalities.
The Site is owned and managed by M/s. Shah Investor’s Home Ltd. (SIHL) a company
incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Our registred office is “SIHL HOUSE”

India (herein after referred to as "us or we" in the first person and "SIHL" wherever
the context requires). During registration, a user is required to provide certain
information as requested by SIHL. It has the sole right to use this information,
subject to the condition that identifiable user data may not be disclosed or sold
to third parties by it. However, all voluntarily declared information relating to
a user disclosed to is at the risk of the user and SIHL/affiliate/associate/group
companies shall not be responsible or liable for any misuse of such voluntarily
disclosed information. It reserves the right to use, sell or deal with aggregated
user information and/or compiled general information regarding the users of the
Sites.
- SIHL do reserve the right to disclose or report personal information in limited
circumstances where it believe in good faith that disclosure is required under law,

to other Users. SIHL /affiliate/associate/group companies shall not be responsible
