What payment methods does SIHL accept?

SIHL accepts Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Cheque and Demand Draft. All payments are processed via RBI-approved, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. SIHL uses 256-bit SSL encryption and RBI-approved payment gateways. We never store your card details. All transactions comply with SEBI and RBI security guidelines.

What if my payment fails or gets duplicated?

If payment fails or session times out, check your bank statement first. If debited but order not confirmed, email helpdesk@sihl.in with transaction ID. Funds are reconciled within 3-5 working days as per RBI guidelines.
